Our first three sales will run from Friday, 10:00 AM CT to Sunday, 11:59 PM CT. Our last Black Friday sale will run from Friday, 10:00 AM CT to Cyber Monday, 11:59 PM CT. If you live in a different time zone, please make sure to account for the time change so you don’t miss out. Our sales run strictly by Central Time! 

Silver, Gold, and Platinum members will receive early access to the first three sales via email at 9:30 AM CT. Gold and Platinum members will receive early access to the last Black Friday sitewide sale via email at 9:30 AM CT. Make sure you are signed up for email notifications and check your inbox at 9:30 AM CT.

Due to high order volume during our Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale events, fulfillment may take longer than usual. We appreciate your patience as we work to ship orders as quickly as possible.

For our avid Kyte fans who have reached Silver, Gold, or Platinum in our Frequent Flyer rewards program, we have exciting news: you receive exclusive early access to the first three sales! You will receive a code by email that lets you begin shopping at 9:30 AM CT for first pick on sizes and products. Early access for our last Black Friday sitewide sale will only be available to our Gold and Platinum tier members, who will be able to begin shopping at 9:30 AM CT.

Because Shopify only allows one code to be applied at a time, you will not be able to combine a rewards code and the sale discount code. 

Once an order is placed, you are welcome to cancel it if needed. However, we are unable to combine separate orders at this time. Each order must meet the minimum shipping threshold individually to qualify for free shipping. Please note that shipping costs for initial orders cannot be refunded, even if additional orders are placed later.

Items purchased during our Black Friday sales are eligible for returns/exchanges. To request a return label, enter your order information in the form on our returns page.

Discounts will not be retroactively applied. The discount received will be the discount active at the time of purchase only. Orders placed before or after that time period will not be valid for a different discounted price.
